Missed a reservation I had for after the appointment. Not what I expected at all. Not relaxing in the slightest. Informed masseuse what she was doing was extremely painful about 10 times, didn't make a difference, was 30minutes of agony. She also abruptly left the room during the massage to answer the phone.
