When I first arrived they had no knowledge of my booking. After waiting 25 minutes they finally asked me to go to one of the treatment rooms.
There was no consultation or discussion about the treatment.
Finally i was having a hot stone massage throughout the treatment the stones were being banged together. The therapist kept making a noise as if they were burning her, which made me tense thinking they would burn me to. Then there was a knock at the door, another therapist came in and started doing the treatment to. No one had explained this to me either. I felt extremely uncomfortable because there were talking over me while performing my treatment in another language. That therapist then left and 2 mins later in pops another one. I've found it extremely uncomfortable and not relaxing at all.
I went for this treatment to relax and remove some of the tension from my shoulders I feel like I've left with more pain in my shoulders than I originally went in with.

Second time visiting Sarasin, this time for a Thai aroma massage. The therapist I had (Layla, I think?) was very friendly and explained where all my knots were. It was a proper, no-nonsense massage with really strong hands. Definitely coming back.
