The massage was very firm, and normally I like that but I was a bit concerned as it was a pregnancy massage. They didn't ask how many weeks I was, and compared to other pregnancy massages I have had - this felt a little bit less like a soothing and relaxing experience, and more like a work out.

They were running 40 minutes behind schedule so appointment was late starting, no apology. Missed a reservation I had for after the appointment. Not what I expected at all. Not relaxing in the slightest. Informed masseuse what she was doing was extremely painful about 10 times, didn't make a difference, was 30minutes of agony. She also abruptly left the room during the massage to answer the phone.
