Really friendly staff, professional and took their time on my hair using great products. There was a mess up with my booking thought and it felt a bit chaotic.

Cancelled on me right before, and I really needed the appointment. Not sure why they offered so many open slots in the app when none were available. Couldn't rate the experience of a haircut bc of the cancellation but poor service.

It's was my first visit in Blue Sarc and definitely the last one.. It was sooooo dirty everywhere.. Very unprofessional service
