I had to wait around 15 minutes when I arrived until someone was free. There was only cold water when they washed my hair, but overall haircut was good.

The place is clean but is dark and is not welcoming. The receptionist was really not in the mood for work and she was not nice. The hairdresser was a really nice girl however don't go to this place if you want to relax, she pulled my hair constantly and she didn't even clean my hear from my face when she finished. She didn't not allow me to have the haircut that I wanted so she cut is the way she thought would suit my hair better, is not a nice haircut and it definitely does not suit my personality. There are cheaper places in Holloway that are better

Blonde highlights - great service and have come out very nicely. Only room for improvement was the half hour wait for my appointment.
I have hair done at this salon before so I was really disappointed with my experience this time around. I was made to wait half an hour before anyone was able to see me, and the service was pretty much non-existent.
I went in for a cut and permanent waves, and my hair has been totally ruined. The curlers put in were very tight, despite me asking for larger, looser rollers. As the hair stylist had 16 years experience, I went with her recommendation but I am so unhappy with the result. My hair is now totally unmanageable, dry and really damaged.
The style of the cut I got is also really bad. There's no shape or style, and with these very tight curls, it's just a frizzy mess. It's been about 6 weeks since I had my hair done at Blue Sarc, and it is still dry and damaged even though I have been putting in regular treatments. I will just have to wait for this to grow out and then go to a different salon to fix my hair.
