Ok skills but bad customer service. My hairdresser somehow treated me with inferiority for not knowing Jessie J. She was not in the mood for working (even complained out loud about it) and she dismissed my requests and questions as silly comments. The haircut itself was good - she was a good technician. However my scalp still hurts from all the pulling and hard combing.
Lovely clean salon, very thoughtful staff, always a pleasure, Andi really goes the extra mile in looking after clients. Recommended!
I was served by Kate who was an incredibly friendly person. I have struggled to find somebody who can thread my eyebrows without cutting my skin as I have very thin skin and Kate definitely took this into consideration and was very gentle. I also did some waxing and have never used hot wax that can be peeled off and this worked well too.
Even though my appointment was 20 min late and staff looked being in a hurry, they were friendly and I was really satisfied with the result (I had a classic manicure). Not five stars service but good value for money.
