Wax was very thorough and great value. Salon itself is no frills but is very clean and understandable given the price. Therapist was very friendly and efficient, would definitely go back.
the waxing took a bit long, but the beautician was very nice - as I had dry skin she took a while to wax so as not to traumatize it even more. Overall - waxing was well done.
The massage was fantastic, really helped me get of some knots on my back. Kate is a great masseur and a lovely person.
Second time I've visited and much less impressive than the first. I was told I would only need infills rather than a full new set which I was happy to hear, but even after that time reduction the entire process felt rushed and I felt I was in the way. I was sent off to a corner for my nails to dry but once a new customer needed the dryer the nail technician told me my nails were dry even though they clearly weren't - i had to repaint them once I got home as they had smudged considerably. Good quality work but not very good customer service and I was overcharged. Probably not going to come back.
Great experience. Was quick and efficient - I got there a little early and they were able to do my nails straight away. They got the shape exactly right and there was a huge choice of colours. You can't do better for the price.
