I found the venue to be very accessable and close to the tube station. Very friendly staff as well who looked after me. The massage was nice and my therapist focused on the areas where I needed more work and also suggested what other treatments that could benefit me. Great value.

Resh and Mona are lovely, very friendly. The set up is tiny, a girl was have her eyelashes done in the same room as me getting waxed, so if privacy is an issue for you, I would say mind this.
I paid for a full hot wax, but got a strip on top and a hot wax underneath. Not the best wax either-hair was majority removed, but I've had more efficient treatments before for less and with better results (skin was quite raw after the strip, which is why I always get a hot wax).

I went for a Hollywood waxing, the place was very easy to find, the staff was welcoming and friendly. the room was very clean, the waxing was done efficiently and not too painful. I was very pleased and will go back there.

Resh was very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. She has a very light hand and she is very skilled. She completed the treatment in around 20 minutes which was a complete shock especially for hot wax. It was overall a very good experience - the only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is because it wasn't very thorough as she missed a few bits. Other than that would definately go again.
