11/11/2013,had an appointment that I have had booked on line for full head highlights,and afterwards cut and style.I got the online voucher.The service was perfect staff very professional and pleasant,no diference was made between customers booked on line or by phone.I got really good service and I am very very happy with my hair.I would highly recommend to anybody that is looking for good hairdressers and stylist,they are the best!Thank you very much for taking care of me.Greta

A beautiful salon, quiet because it was monday. Staff very very helpful and had a good consultation before we started. Stylist took time to find out exactly what i wanted. Colour and cut both beautiful. Great value for money.

We went to this hair dresser to find a new place to have our hair cut as the previous place had ceased trading & to our surprise the hairdresser was one we had used a while ago in Birmingham. It was a very friendly pleasant place to have our hair cut. we shall definitely go back.

My first experience having a colour with this stylist felt she was rather too chatty and felt customer service was lacking - esp when me when mentioning the treatment was booked on a voucher. However, I have had other stylists at this lovely salon and they have been very professional.
