Very comfortable and pleasant surroundings and I really appreciated being served a cup of tea after walking to the salon on such a hot day. Gail was so friendly and chatty she put me completely at ease, although this was my first visit to the salon. She gave me a fabulous bob cut and was very skillful dealing with my daughter´s curly hair.

Stylist used hairbrush with other peoples hair tangled into it. Was a very quick haircut and found it tricky to explain what i wanted her to do. She had very shaky hands...
