The treatment took place 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Although the beautician was very apologetic this is a significant delay. The wax was ok, I still had quite a few stray hairs left afterwards so not a thorough job.

It was my first manicure so I didn't know what to expect - but it was a lovely experience and my nails looked lovely. Lizzie was great - easy to get on with and didn't rush.
