Lovely young woman, made me feel at ease. Explained everything in detail. Nice treatment area and tastefully decorated. We be returning soon! Would have liked a post treatment leaflet/card maybe, as I couldn’t remember what to do in the lead up to the next visit or if I could wear make up or go in the sauna etc.
