really great experience
Was the minimum, not really...I expected better
Firstly I would like to say that the staff was kind, helpful & very Professional. I had a facial and body message done, which were both amazing!! I will be definitely going back there again. Great service, management and staff. I’m a very happy customer!! Thank you once again 🥰👌🏻💯
Firstly my appointment started late as Sonia was on her lunch which is fair enough. Put my pedicure was rushed and not done properly I still have hard skin that was missed. It was suppose to be an hour appointment instead it was about 40 minutes at the most. Sonia was a lovely person but the quality of my pedicure wasn't satisfactory.

Upon entry for my appointment I told the lady at the computer that I was here for my pedicure with paraffin wax appointment. She told me to take a seat, that I will be seen to shortly. about 15 minutes later the gentleman behind the counter who sold phones and ran the internet café asked me if I was ok, and then said to the woman at the desk to go downstairs and check if the person doing my pedicure was waiting. If it was not for this gentleman I don't know how long I would of sat there waiting. Finally downstairs Dipika was very friendly and welcoming but again the woman upstairs did not listen when I said that I came for a pedicure and thought I was coming for a body massage. Dipika proceeded to get everything ready, She asked if I wanted normal polish or shellac, I asked the price for shellac, she then asked the same lady how much it was to then she replied £10 that she would go upstairs and get the shellac colour chart for me, up to now she did not return with the colour chart. This woman's approach just screamed unprofessional and I was not impressed. She goes upstairs and returns about 45 minutes later and says to Dipika "have you seen the time, you need to be going on your lunch" no I'm sorry is that what you say in front of paying customers whilst she is clearly still in the middle of doing my pedicure. As I said Dipika was lovely but this woman is the first person you will meet before and her customer service experience is poor.
