I booked for myself and my partner. It was my first ever professional massage. It was amazing. I'll definitely be back. The staff were really friendly. The massage was very thorough and i left feeling so much better. I will be back. Thankyou so much for a fantastic massage and experience.

Such a sad & expensive experience. Whilst they said they would refund my money - nothing has happened.
Let me tell you about my experience....
I come along, after booking that morning, for a pedicure. App said this would take 45-60 minutes.
When I get there, the lady files my toe nails UP and DOWN! Not side to side - this is not pleasant but benefit of the doubt is given. Next, the lady brings the foot spa.....proceeds to put 2 inches of water in but doesn’t turn on.....! No relaxing foot spa for me....! Within 20 minutes she has ‘touched’ my feet less times than my tights!!
The she says....”ta....da...!” I ask if that was it....she tells me it takes 10 minutes to dry....! I complain! I can hear staff telling her that what she was not a pedicure, said staff came in to me, explained that my therapist was a temp. Sorry Shashama - you need to vet your staff or come off Treatwell...!
