I had a really bad haircut which I didn't think could be fixed. My hairdresser and the director spent 10 minutes discussing the pro and cons of what could be done. With great reassurance and trust, they did what they had to do. I can say confidentiality that they did a fabulous job.

absolutely over the moon, what a total transformation, Natalie is a genius, my hair was in horrendous state, after treatments and a well over due cut, i left looking years younger. booked in again to have colour and cut, cant wait. brilliant staff, friendly and extremely helpful. made me feel a million dollars. thanks guys you made a very nervous me feel special. see you all soon. thanks again xx definitely recommend
