Greathaircut and a lovely young man stylist, very nice shampoo the young lady was very polite and I enjoyed my visit to sassoons
Everything was ok, friendly staff, reasonably clean,etc, until i got to see my new haircut - mind you,it was not bad in itself,it was just nothing like what i wanted , and that caused my frustration.
I decided to go to this salon because I had a specific style in mind and believed that Sassoon stylists will be able to recreate that. I even showed the consultant a picture of the hairstyle and she said it is perfectly doable and started cutting. She never showed me the progress, i could not see the exact cut in the back until after the hair was dried. When I questioned the length, etc, I got fobbed off and told that 'hair needs to settle down' and then it will be fine. She never even suggested amending the cut. At that time my appointment was running late and she had another client waiting, it felt rushed and I did not want to cause problems so i left. ( I am angry at myself for that, i should have asked for changes there and then but it is not easy in busy salon with people staring). All in all, i paid over £50 for a plain cut that the consultant wanted to do, not one that I wanted to have, and one I could have got anywhere else for half the price. I am still getting annoyed every time i look at my hair, because i honestly expected better service from this brand and for that price!

Despite being 20 mins late they were very accommodating. They sorted out the bad haircut I had from elsewhere. friendly staff and they did a great job
