Rachel took time to talk about my hair and what the issues were as well as what I wanted to achieve. She talked through what she was taking into account in recommending the cut and explained the best way to style it at home.
Salon had plenty of space and quiet enough to be able to talk easily which is helpful when stylist and customer are both wearing face coverings.
I enjoyed the experience.
