The haircut, was good and Rachel listened to what style and type of hair cut I wanted unfortunately, I was charged full price instead of the price advertised on Treatwell ,plus a covid charge of £5.

The haircut I had was, in my opinion, substandard. There are uneven lengths of the cut. I didn’t get what I thought I was getting. He didn’t seem that confident in dealing with my extensions.
Embarrassing at payment. I was initially charged £85 and asked why as I’d booked with treatwell. They amended it to £68 which was still more than I agreed with treatwell! UPDATE* I have since contacted the salon to explain how unhappy I was with my hair cut. They have agreed to see me to correct this and I have an appointment Saturday morning With Gareth
A really lovely warm welcoming salon. Rachael is the first person that thoroughly questioned me about my hair and made good recommendations for how to keep it looking good and improving it's structure and condition.
