My hair colourist was arrogant and didn’t mach the colour properly. I reviewed much better service from Level1 staff during a previous visit.

I have medium hair, the blow dry should have taken an hour instead took about 1:30 and made me waitfor about 15. This made me miss an appointment.
The blow dry was not very good, my hair was still very wavy from the top and did not last long. Not good value for money as I paid £40 for it and it wasnt done properly... I was very dissapointed. But the staff was nice.
