The staff were lovely and listened to what I wanted. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, offered me prosecco and really looked after me.
The staff are very friendly and make everyone feel welcome. They provide a high quality service, but aren't over-trendy and cool, although you will come out with very cool hair. This is because they work with your hair as it is and create styles to suit you. The cutting is especially good.

Its the first time I've been to this salon, the staff were all very friendly and Shannon was brilliant! She's a lovely hairdresser and gave my hair the shape it really needed. She was meticulous with my haircut and I'm very happy with it. I will definitely be going back!
I had a lovely experience at the Sassoon salon. My stylist Charlotte was was extremely helpful and helped me to choose a style which she then cut and dried beautifully. I felt as though she really listened to me and tailored the cut to suit me and my lifestyle. The only negative to my experience was that having arrived on time for my appointment I then had to wait another 20-25 minutes as they were running late.
