Ellen made my second visit a breeze. She was calm, reassuring and very positive with my progress. The treatment itself was relatively painless. There were just a few times the heat from the IPL reacted with one of my facial hairs. Ellen advised me how to combat this in future and I will be taking her advice for the next treatment.

I go to Ellen for my eye lashes. She is always lovely, polite and so kind. I’ve had times where I’ve had to cancel last minute due to childcare and she rearranges everything for me and I feel so appreciated by her. She’s so kind and listens to me waffle on about random things and she’s so supportive. I won’t go anywhere else. She is very professional and everything is always ready for when I arrive. I love lash days 🥰
