I had a micro-needling appointment with Ellen. She explained everything clearly including procedure, risks, benefits, aftercare and what to expect. She was welcoming warm and friendly while very professional. I was nervous about it being painful, she was honest and reassuring about what to expect (it was actually fine!). I would recommend her to anyone considering micro-needling.
