Sara was nice and made me feel at ease during my appointment. Unfortunately, once I reached home I noticed that the wax on my legs wasn't done properly. I have patches of very long dark hair left on my skin (they are not baby hair or ingrown). They look so bad. I had to go buy a waxing kit to remedy this.
It's a shame, as I think she is a nice person, but the job was done very poorly!
