Rita was very hostile and made me feel uncomfortable and upset. The Treatwell app showed an availability at 3:15pm which I booked and this was accepted when I arrived Rita told me that that time was not actually available and she was only meant to be working until 4pm and that her previous booking would only finish at 3:30pm. She didn’t ask if I could come back another time but then was very hostile towards me the entire booking and complained alot about working past her planned hours.
