Very quick but unusually painful - the waxist was clearly good and experienced but didn't put much effort into reducing the pain (e.g. didn't hold the skin taut, didn't press on the waxed area straight after). In and out in 20 minutes though, and no bruising or stray hairs. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

This was my second time visiting Savannah Spa for their 'pamper package' which includes a hot stone neck, back & shoulder massage and a Clarins rebalancing facial. It's an amazing deal and on top of that it is honestly the best facial! All the staff are brilliant. I would highly recommend! The only reason I gave 4 stars for ambience is because you can hear everything outside your room throughout treatment which does take away from the relaxing vibe a little, but this can't be helped it's just the layout of the rooms
