I was called to say the day and time booked was unavailable then moved to another day on arrival the receptionist said their wasn't enough time to do my full treatment. As part of a facial I would have expected my face to be cleansed I came out with makeup on. The receptionist was very rude and even though I had paid more for the longer treatment I wasn't offered any refund on the difference sorry to say I wouldn't go back even though the therapist who did the treatment was lovely.

Friendly, relaxing and delighted to find an extensive selection of nail colours. The therapists all seem experienced and the table/bed was extremely comfortable!
