Firstly, given the current situation I was shocked at the state of the treatment room, dust, grime and old wax all over the floor and there was no where to put clothes, which meant I had the choice of the floor (filthy) or bed (choice) but the beautician moved my clothes to the door handle which isn’t particularly pleasant. The wax was ok, still hair remaining for a Hollywood but the girls in there were lovely.

This is an update of my previous review. I returned to the spa after my last experience. And I have to say that this time around, I saw and amazing improvement. I received the level of service and professionalism that I would expect. A warm welcome, I was made of feel comfortable and my service began straight away. Like I said, I work very hard and treat myself to a beauty service once per month. And today felt like a treat. Thank you so much to Savannah and staff! See you next month!
