I came in for a deep tissue massage and a facial, and honestly it was the best massage I have ever had, and I have been to many countries around the world and have had a range of different massages, but this message was by far the best! In addition to my facial which was very relaxing and soothing. My face felt like a babies skin afterwards and immediately glowed. In addition, I would like to add that the atmosphere and kindness of the staff at savana spa exceeded was very pleasing!

I’m disappointed. My first time and this appointment started well but quickly went downhill. Welcome was ok. I was offered a hot drink. Pedicure was disappointing. I booked a luxury pedicure which should have lasted 60mins. I was there over 90mins. My polish did not dry after 20mins waiting. There was no heater, so I was left to air dry. No apology or explanation about that either. After 90 mins I had to leave due to a prior engagement. Description promised massage with luxury pedicure; I didn’t even get lotion to moisturise my feet; let alone a massage! Cling film was wrapped around my toes. But by the time I got home they were smudged. Nothing luxurious about it. This was my monthly treat for myself. What a waste of money. I’ll not be returning.

Nice place. Despite not having my nails done by the lady that was supposed to (as she wasn't at the salon) staff got a quick solution and I didn't need to reschedule or cancel. Good as I needed my nails done today.

Excellent service, very nice and friendly staff.
Cleanliness should be improved on and keep check on children running around and be more organised
Also to improve on their response to telephone calls promptly
Overall I like the services and will visit again
