I paid 15 pounds to get my nailed trimmed and filed. Didn’t know that’s what constitutes as an express manicure. Honestly, the place was nice and I had high hopes but the service wasn’t any good. It was literally a trim and filing session, something I could’ve done at home for free. I don’t understand how this is even possible. Would’ve asked for a refund but I didn’t have the heart. Sad waste of money and time :(.

I won't be going again. Just not my standard. Thought I'd try a new place as it all looked lovely from the pictures but they are obviously rather old ones. The lady and I couldn't understand each other much, so I couldn't communicate what I wanted which is a shame because these were meant to be my holiday nails. I used the bathroom which was grimey and it just wasn't clean enough or a nice vibe. Nails are good and the lady obviously is good at her job so probably fine for most.
