Very happy with my waxing - the beautician was very friendly and ensured I was comfortable -wax not too hot etc. I often use the Menzies for my waxing and do feel that the treatment rooms need updating. Will definitely keep using the Menzies-wish I could remember the beauticians name-sorry.

Absolutely fantastic so much so that I rebooked. Great value for money and a lovely location in a lovely hotel.
Had a lovely pamper package. Hot stone back neck and shoulder really relaxing and had the best facial ever. My skin is as smooth as a baby's bum! I rebooked as it was that good. Thoroughly recommend x
Had a great day until fire alarm went off and we were evacuated to another hotel. Had to go across to Marriott hotel in the cold and rain just before lunch was served. Was told we would hear from Savannah's but so far have heard nothing. Bit disappointing as this was a Xmas gift from my partner and did spoil it a bit .
Lovely relaxing day at the spa. Staff were friendly and professional. Spa facilities were excellent. Hot stone treatment amazing. The high tea was delicious and served by fab staff. Champagne large and tasty.
