Had a lovely day! Facilities were lovely, therapist were were very professional. and the food was lovely too! Will definately be going back
A group of us from work came to this venue for a spa day just before Christmas last year. I enjoyed everything about the day. All facilities were available to us I began with 40mins in the gym followed by a quick dip in the pool. The rest of the time was spent relaxing either in the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi or simply lying on one of the poolside loungers reading. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments (hot stone back massage and facial) The atmosphere in the treatment rooms was very relaxing with candles flickering and soft music playing in the background. The afternoon tea was superb, beautifully presented food with as much tea as we could drink. (But not as much champagne as we could drink..just a glass each!) We couldn't finish all the sandwiches and cakes! I enjoyed the day so much that I returned with my daughter in February and I am planning another visit later this year with my sister.
Staff were really friendly, helpful an welcoming. The spa facilities were amazing, however the interior needs some updating and would be better if there were more showers and hair dryers in the changing rooms, two girls who used them before me took forever! So my poor boyfriend had to wait for a long time for me.
Afternoon tea was top notch, it was delicious and we were so full after.
My wife was over the moon. She has booked to go back. She found the staff to be very kind and helpful.
excellent me and my hubby went there for my birthday, the girls that did the facial and massage was great, will definite go back.
