I drove into savannah to be told they didn't confirm my appointment and they tried to tell me this 5 mins before my treatment they rebooked me in but I don't think I will be going back there as the staff where very unhelpful about this situation and blamed it on wahanda Which was very unprofessional .
Great, relaxing facial and massage, would highly recommend. Room received the treatments in was nicely done, making it a relaxing atmosphere.
My sister and I were very happy with the Spa Day, great value and the staff were very attentive and really nice
The spa is a little outdated, nothing a spring clean wouldn't solve. The jacuzzi was very good but the steam room has seen better days (broken wooded slat) and the steam room didn't have a great smell?? The treatments where ok although I thought the hot stones were meant to be left for a short time on the body to penetrate heat. Photos used to advertise this would suggest that?? The facial was fine but I would have preferred if my eye make up was removed (I would have done this if asked) before the treatment as I then had to remove all the good work done by washing face!!
In terms of the champagne tea, I was so excited about this but was very let down. The table next to us had the 3 tiered cake stand which is a lovely touch. I expected we would get the same however ours arrived on a silver tray. This was more disappointing as the crockery on table next to us had been sat for over 10 mins as no one cleared it away. The cleanliness of the room was also not great, food stuff on the floor at your feet (bare feet). Very little attention to detail yet the lads on duty stood and chatted to mates for ages. I was also disappointed with the choice of sandwiches (great selection normally) however when we were there they had no roast ham or roast beef.
A lot could be done to improve this spa break. I would not recommend it to anyone. Sorry
I had a HD brows and was disapointed, I have had HD brows several times before and this was not HD brows, They did expalin that they could not thread as only two staff members knew how to do this but there was no palette, measuring and the results were nothing like HD brows, It was just a wax and tint, Very disapointing as I have had many treatments and spa days that have been great. Total waste of £16, any basic salon will do the exact same thing for less than £10.
