My half head of highlights took quite a long time to be put in (over an hour) and the colour came out lighter than I had hoped for. However, the staff are lovely and in the past I have always been happy here.

Blow Dry
I turned up to an extremely manic atmosphere. The staff were quite obviously getting on each others nerves and were running over with their appointments. I consequently felt as if they were rushing on my appointment to get other people in and out of the door. The salon is extremely small and there were boxes everywhere which didn't help. Ingrid did a lovely blow dry but the colour is average.
