Really disappointed with the full body massage I received. Pressure was far too much. I felt uncomfortable and was in pain for the majority of the hour. I wasn’t asked for my preference, and I have woken up the next day with really sore shoulders. Such a shame

I have to say I’m usually very happy with my massage, but this time it was extremely uncomfortable, even painful at times and the masseuse didn’t really listen to what I had said. Disappointed as left feeling sore and anxious.
