Great & effective massage, I've felt for a while that I have a lot of tension build-up in my neck and shoulders. This was a massage with a lot of pressure applied, so can't say it was relaxing but it was what I needed to get ride of my knots & pain!

This was my first sports massage and WOW it was amazing! My body was so tight and she managed to get all the knots out and asked how firm I wanted it. Walking out feeling a stone lighter and will be coming back regularly! 10/10!!!
