I enjoyed having my brows touched up recently 🤩! Greta is so patient and gentle. She committed time to engage and listened. I travelled over an hour on public transport to get to Scalp Mates. It rained heavily and I was late. However, Greta did not make me feel bad. She offered me a warm drink and a snack. One hour later, she tidied up my brows which were not done properly before I found Scalp Mates. She rectified the shape in the first instance and my second appointment for a touch up went exceptionally well. She is a very talented young lady who recognises that 'one size does not fit all', people are individuals and should be treated with tender care and respect. My brows look amazing 🤩.... thank you Greta. X
