Venue called and cancelled booking two days before the treatment. They didn't know how to use the Treatwell website and had double booked the slot. This was booked for my wife's birthday and it completely messed up plans. They didn't offer to honour my booking and cancel the other one when I explained the importance of it. They haven't offered any complimentary treatment to try and make up for it. The money I paid hasn't been refunded from the Treatwell website. I imagine this won't happen unless I chase it up. Very disappointed.
