The nail tech rushed her way through doing my nails, didn’t really spend time asking me what colour I wanted or shape. The finished product is that all the nails are different lengths and shapes. I was harassed when leaving as they didnt believe I’d already paid even after showing them the transaction on my banking app. I was forced to stay until they could verify on the phone, even after proof. The tech kept saying “you need to pay” worst experience ever. Rude, and disrespectful!

Great gel manicure & pedicure & loved the extras; massage chair & hot cloths. The staff were really friendly & welcoming, the salon really clean & modern decor.
