I am not one for negative reviews but I was appalled by the service I received today. I had an appointment booked online and no clear instructions were given about the delay in store for me. I was repeatedly passed over by clients who were known to them. People whose appointments were after me were served earlier and no clear explanation was given why this happened.
Overall, a very unsatisfying experience and I am unlikely to return unless they maintain punctuality and apologise.
