Difficult to find the place as it’s not called ‘Scissorhands’ but I called the owner and she directed me. Technician did a good job of my Shellac Manicure.

the finish was beautiful. Nail shape was beautiful too. however, was a dry shellac manicure and cuticle removal done via nail drill which was painful and 3 fingers bled too which I had to point out. And was removing my nail polish with the drill instead of polish remover. no moisturizer application either.
