The products they use are good quality. Prices are competitive.
Root colour came out beautifully (and has been exactly right each time) and looks very natural.
The staff are experienced and very capable, responsive to requests, and friendly.

Julia is a great stylist. She takes time to understand the look that you are trying to achieve and explains and agrees the process with you. She is experienced and knows what will work with your hair.

I’ve been to the studio a couple of times now for a wash, cut and blow dry, and both stylists are amazing. They knew exactly what I wanted without me needing to explain much, and the results have always been spot on. I really appreciated the friendly advice based on my hair type and face shape, and the smooth handover between stylists when needed.
