Was my first time booking with them and had no trouble when I had to reschedule. Also I just popped in a few days before to get the patch test for the color - no fuss, done quickly. Very pleased with how it turned out!

The lady was really nice and I try to support local businesses but she did not listen to what I wanted, cut a huge chunk of my hair off at the back and left me with an uneven and boxy haircut the day before I was bridesmaid. It's grown out a little but still the worst hair cut I have had in a long time, especially for £75.
