I am very unhappy with my haircut, the hairdresser did not listen to me, she cut much more than I asked her, even though I stopped her throughout. I have been coming here for 3 years but I will NOT be coming back. She literally ruined my hair.

Elena is always friendly and welcoming, and I love that she clearly enjoys cutting my hair so much! I always have it very short - partially shaved - and she just 'gets it'!
