I have been coming to Scissorhands for almost 2 years now and I could not be happier; this time I had a complete transformation - hair colour from blonde highlights, deteriorated hair to ash brown, a gorgeous hair-cut & hair looking much healthier than I could ever dream of. Both Julia and Elena have done an amazing job! Definitely recommend.
