I thought Julia knew that I wanted the same cut as I had previously, but she cut it very short. I’m not very happy with it

Julia was really lovely. I had balayage done and I'm completely clueless when it comes to hair, so she was really helpful to help me decide on colour and what works well with my hair. Will definitely come back here when I need it re-done!

Julia is really attentive to ensure a pleasant experience. For ex, checking how much you want taken off prior to cutting then just before cutting showing you how you want. Small details like ensuring the length is kept the same shows she listens and communicates well. A wonderful job. Will come again.

Julia was really friendly, she was careful to ensure I was happy with the result and made me very comfortable with the overall experience. I have a lot and thick hair and she was able to give me a lovely cut. I have already booked my mum and my daughter to have their haircuts with Julia next week. Thanks!
