It was my first time having a keratin treatment. Everyone at Scissorhands was lovely and friendly, and kept me informed at every step about what was happening, and what aftercare I would need to prolong the effect. Before the treatment I had had my hair bleached for several years and it was very dry and quite damaged, but now it looks and feels really healthy and shiny and much more manageable. I've had lots of compliments since.
