Hairdresser didn’t understand what I wanted. After 3 hours the hair had blonde blocks when I had requested/ bought half head of highlights in brunette colour
The hairdresser got very defensive when I told him to fix them and accused me of not understanding the difference between high and low lights.
Hair were brutally brushed while wet in the sink. I was scared I may not have any left. All this for an extra 50 £ on top of the price
This was my second appointment but won’t be returning.
