Lovely staff, very friendly and attentive (was given coffee and pizza throughout the day). My hair did take a long time to do (5 hours) but it came out looking exactly as I had hoped, so it was worth the wait. It was a busy Saturday, so staff did well to look after each of us despite that.
Would recommend to a friend and return myself!

I had a haircut with Scissorhands booked through treatwell a few months ago. I’m really not fussy, just want a basic cut and blow dry. Man cutting my hair was incredibly rude, did not understand curly hair at all and his hands stank of cigarettes. Had my hair washed which was fine, sat around for ages while he ignored me then he started blow drying my hair without asking me if I want a wet or dry cut. Who even does a dry cut on curly hair, that’s never happened to me before? I went with it because I figured he knew what he was doing but then he did what you never do with curly hair and started brushing it out. At this point I asked him to stop and wet it again before cutting it. He argued with me ‘most customers want it like this’ etc etc and made some condescending comments about my hair. Eventually he agreed but the rest of the experience was tense and weird. The end result was okay but the experience was very poor. Never going back.

Great staff, treatment and products. Ambience needs improvement, chair too firm.

my hair looks far much better after the treatment. I'm happy with the results and how professions they are. I'll come back.
