Really lovely staff, I enjoyed my time at the salon.
The cut is so great - exactly what I needed for my hair type. Which is often not met so well (I have quite unruly frizzy hair).
I have been getting keratin treatments for years and this is a good one! Would recommend :) ...but it is one of the ones that you need to leave in for a few days so be prepared for that.

Overall horrible experience. I bought a dry cut as I was looking for someone who knew their way around dry cuts with curly hair and the description on the site made it sound like this was something they were comfortable with (quoting on what was mentioned there: “Dry cutting is a friend to people with curly and wavy hair - Anyone with temperamental ringlets or waves knows that exactly where you slice and dice can make a big difference in whether you like the end result – and it can be harder to tell where the curls are going to lie when your hair is soaking wet”). The only thing that became apparent to me was that they must have cut and pasted that from somewhere else with no actual knowledge of what to do. When I got there, he took a look at my hair and told me I should have gone for a wet cut because dry cuts were only for slight trims on straight hair. I explained how it should be done for curly hair but was told me that it would take time and that his time was money. He then proceeded to basically do what you should never do with my type hair, dry combing it and then razoring it with the scissors. I tried intervening because it seemed to me he was just doing a botch job but he told me he didn’t want to hear me.
The result is that I now have a crooked uneven look with my right and left sides looking like they have different haircuts. They did say I could come back later if I wanted to change anything but after that experience I really see no point in going back if he wasn’t willing to do it properly to start with.
