Totally rushed, no finish to my cut, staff talked to each other in another language almost the entire time leaving me feeling isolated in the chair.

Just left, my appointment felt rushed. My hair was washed, cut once or twice when wet then dry cut. Rushed and rough handling and then when he was done that was it, no sprays, no serums, no straighteners or styling. Not what I booked. Also, the team were more interested in their pizza than the clients and spoke mostly to each other in another language. I was just in the chair waiting to be spoken to, not wanting to butt into a conversation which I had no idea what anyone around me was saying.
My hair is very straight and needs to be cut well. Mito did a great job, he clearly knows his stuff. Such nice people, really friendly vibe. This hairdresser is a great find!

The most important thing is I was given a great haircut. I left happy with how I looked! The owner and hairdresser at Scissorhands is very talented. The reason I didn't give five stars is because the woman who washed my hair kept pulling my hair. I asked if she could be more gentle and her response was, "Sorry, I'm putting in the conditioner that's why I'm doing this." And she continued tugging away. I've had my hair washed enough times to know you don't have to yank on it for it to work. Also, I know the hairdresser is trying to get new clients because he's new to the area but he was a bit overbooked. After my hair was washed and dried I was waiting for fifteen to twenty minutes because he had started putting dye in another clients hair. I got a deal off of Groupon so I wasn't too fussed but if I was to go back and pay full price I'd want that hour to be all about me and I wouldn't want to be kept waiting. There was also a lot of hair on the floor and the overall area was a bit messy, again I think this was because the two staff working were very busy.

The treatment wasn't as described. In fact there was no scalp treatment at all, hair wash was done very roughly, the hairdresser wasn't very qualified at all and cut my hair in about 7 minutes. Didn't like the experience whatsoever.I will never recommend this salon to my friends and also will never go back.
