Great, and much needed, post lockdown haircut. Seemed to be a friendly and collaborative atmosphere amongst the whole team.

The salon is small and narrow but was full of people - staff squeezing past, clients waiting, receptionists and a doorman. Ventilation was poor and felt hot and stuffy. It did not feel like a covid secure environment.
They took the temperature of clients at the door and were wearing face masks, but it doesn't make up for the overcrowded space.
The hair cut was OK, what you'd expect.

Saultana did an excellent job my t-section highlights and hair cut perfectly, I will return again for my colour here. She is without a doubt an expert in colour. Having recently had fairly awful highlights at a different salon, the difference at Scissors Palace and Saultana’s expert ability was clear immediately. Thank you so much, and see you again soon :)
